Application
The total number of participants is limited to 170 (in-person) and all participants are expected to attend for the whole duration of the symposium. A possibility to attend the symposium remotely will be proposed for participants for session 1 to 7 (15-17th of November).
A selection of participants may be made based on the affinity of potential contribution with the topics of the conference.

Registration and payment
Registration & payment is closed except for online participation (payment by credit card)
Registration fees include the access to the whole symposium, coffee breaks and lunch breaks.
- Regular fare: 335€ (304,55€ excluding VAT 10%)
- Students (PhD and masters): 210€ (190.91 € excluding VAT 10%)
- At-distance fare(videoconferences 15-17th of November): 85€ (77.27€ excluding
VAT 10%)
A social dinner will be organized on the evening of the Wednesday 16th of November
2022 (included in registration fees).

You will have the possibility to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer (possiblity to pay by order form):
- you will get all the information for bank transfer directy on the registration application.
- do not forget to click on "Finalize my order" and you will receive an email to confirm
your pre-registration (please check your Spam messages). Registration will be effective
only once payment will be made.
- if you need an invoice to make a bank tranfer by order form, please ask your organization to
send an order form indicating the price before and after tax in the name of Ifremer, 1625 Route
